Hello, I made this page to allow users to find and use some of my favorite baseball drills.

I will post the drills on a team page that is designed just for baseball drills and baseball exercises. If anyone has any thoughts, comments, or suggestions on drills I am more than happy to discuss them.

Well I kinda gave up on it because at first it worked then it started hanging and I was getting hit hard. Right now I'm back to the 2 seam fastball and curveball. I think the curveball can get me somewhere because I know a former MLB pitcher and he told me that was one of the best curveballs he has seen from a left hander in quite sometime. I learn how to throw was my coach called a deadfish fastball which is almost like a change up/splitter and I got alot of ground balls (which is what I'm pretty good at).

I'm learning a forkball. I used it a couple times this season and it got groundballs but I didn't feel right throwing it so I'm basically just trying to get comfortable to throw it.

I am walking on at Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky. I've been training pretty hard to put more velocity on my fastball which about 83-84 and I keep getting told that if I can put more velocity on my fastball my curveball could get collegiate players out so I'm hoping I can do it and I'm also learning how to throw another pitch.

Hello,

Thanks for your inquiry!  Just go to the team page, then at the top under the logo, there is see complete side show, and under that is become a fan/register a new team/log in....just click on become a fan.
